EchoTik has integrated a very powerful online customer service function. You can find the entrance to online customer service in the right corner of any web page.

1. Click the online customer service icon in the lower right corner of the page

2. Click "send us a message"

We will reply to you within 1 hour on weekdays. Non-weekdays can be slower, but rest assured, it's generally less than two days.
